I am dedicated to empowering parents as they navigate the complexities of raising children in our ever-changing world. Reflecting on my own experiences, I want to remind every parent that they are not alone and that they don’t have to lose their sense of self. Just as professionals receive training and support, parents deserve the same respect and resources. 

In my work, I integrate Eastern philosophies and Western psychological principles creating a holistic framework that addresses the emotional and psychological needs of individuals and families.

We evolve from mere parents to spiritual guides, empowering our children rather than imposing traditional discipline.
